Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- large carrot, grated - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- cooked squash, mashed - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in casserole dish. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs to cover bottom. Pour in squash mixture, then sprinkle rest of dressing crumbs on top. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
