Beef casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 16 oz
- oleo - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- small cans tomato sauce - 3 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- garlic juice - 1 tsp
- medium egg noodles - 10 oz
How to make beef casserole:
Brown beef in oleo. Drain. Add garlic juice. Simmer 20 minutes. Add sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Simmer 15 minutes.In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Set aside. Cook noodles and drain. In a casserole dish, layer noodles, meat, grated cheese and sour cream mixture until all used. Top with cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Last 10 minutes, extra cheese.
