  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • Bisquick
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 Tbsp
  • parsley
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 2 c
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
  • shredded zucchini 3 medium - 4 c

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Mix together and spread in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until light brown. Let sit a few minutes before serving. Freezes well.
