- cinnamon

- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- white sugar - 3 c
- Add remaining ingredients
- dash of ginger and nutmeg - 1 item
How to make zucchini cake:
Mix together zucchini, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and oil. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 smaller ones at 325° for 1 hour.Frosting:1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla2 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugarRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
