Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- yellow squash - 1 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Clean, slice and boil squash until tender. Drain squash and mix with other ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
