Ingredients/Components
- cooked squash, seasoned with salt and butter and drained - 3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- grated carrot - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 pkg
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients and place in casserole dish. Put grated cheese on top. Put crushed crackers on top of cheese and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 400° (or until it is bubbly and topping is brown).Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
