Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- yellow squash, cooked and drained - 2 lb
- seasoned stuffing mix Pepperidge Farm - 1/2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Put 1/4 package of stuffing mix in baking dish. Mix squash, carrots, onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and part oleo. Pour this over stuffing. Put 1/4 stuffing mix on top. Dot with oleo. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
