Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- herb stuffing mix - 6 8
- cubed, peeled zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Melt margarine, add stuffing mix. Mix and reserve 1/4 cup of mixture. Cook zucchini until tender; drain. Add everything together and mix. Put in a greased casserole, bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Put reserved mixture on top of casserole and enjoy.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
