Zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 3 c
• corn oil - 1 c
• walnuts - 1 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Mix zucchini, sugar, oil and cinnamon. Add eggs. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add to zucchini mixture. Add walnuts. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
