Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium zucchini or summer squash, cubed - 2 item
- carrots, shredded or chopped - 2 item
- or 2 onions - 1 item
- box croutons - 1/2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Parboil squash and carrots. Saute onions in the butter. Drain squash and carrots. Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
