Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 layer)
- Jell-O instant pudding vanilla - 1 serving)
How to make zucchini cake:
Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed on electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube or tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
