Ingredients/Components

  • dairy sour cream - 8 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • celery salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped green onions - 1/4 c
  • frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed and well drained - 3 c
  • round loaf pumpernickel bread - 1 item

How to make spinach dip:

Cut slice from top of bread. Remove center, leaving 1-inch shell. Cut removed bread into bite size pieces.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings. Stir in onions and spinach. Fill bread with mixture. Use bite size pieces to dip.
