Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed and well drained - 3 c
- round loaf pumpernickel bread - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Cut slice from top of bread. Remove center, leaving 1-inch shell. Cut removed bread into bite size pieces.Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings. Stir in onions and spinach. Fill bread with mixture. Use bite size pieces to dip.
