Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- soft butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- to 40 olives - 36 item
How to make olive balls:
Grate cheese and let soften. Blend in butter and paprika. Work in flour until smooth and deep yellow color. Let stand for 15 minutes. Pinch 1 teaspoonful off; roll in palm and flatten. Place around a well drained olive. Chill for 10 minutes or freeze. Heat at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes, 30 if frozen.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
