Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- heavy cream
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- sweetened fresh fruit or berries - 1 item
How to make swedish cream:
Mix together the cream, sugar and gelatin. Heat gently and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
