Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1 c
- chopped fresh spinach - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- lite mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- reduced sodium soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sweet red pepper strips - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
Combine first 6 ingredients in electric blender. Process until smooth. Cover and chill. Garnish with red pepper strips. Serve with raw vegetables. Yields 1 2/3 cups.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
