Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- light cream or 2/3 c - 1 c
- egg yolk or substitute egg - 1 item
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook pasta and drain. Cook and stir remaining ingredients, except parsley, in saucepan until hot. Pour over hot pasta and toss until well coated. Serve with parsley and additional cheese, if desired.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Condiments, etc..
