Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- powdered sugar
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- unsweetened chocolate
- margarine - 3 tsp
- whole graham crackers - 1 item
- white Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- small boxes instant French vanilla pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair dessert:
Frosting:2 sq. unsweetened chocolate2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup3 tsp. margarine3 tsp. milk2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a layer of graham crackers to cover the entire bottom. Cover with half of the pudding made with the 3 cups of milk. Add another layer of graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding and another layer of crackers. Frost and refrigerate overnight.To Prepare Frosting: Combine first 5 ingredients and cook until chocolate melts. Remove from burner. Add powdered sugar. Beat well. Thin with milk, if necessary.
