Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon
- flour
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cream of tartar
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- zucchini, sliced or shredded - 6 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Cook zucchini in a little water until it boils. Let simmer until tender. It will shrink down to 2 cups. Drain well. Cool. Add rest of ingredients. Put in pie crust. Add top crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° for 40 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
