Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • herb seasoning stuffing mix - 3 c
  • large onion, finely choped - 1 item
  • eggs, well beaten - 6 item
  • melted butter or margarine - 3/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • pepper
  • garlic salt - 1-1/2 tsp
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp

How to make spinach balls:

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and squeeze to remove excess water.

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Shape into balls, approximately 1 inch or so. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. (Yields approximately 10 dozen).

Note: These freeze well before baking. Thaw slightly and

bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

*This amount of black pepper makes them REAL HOT. Adjust to your taste.
