Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine, warm - 2 item
- flour, sifted - 2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- Cool Whip, thawed - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- sliced peaches - 1 qt
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- cornstarch - 6 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- Add pecans and pat out in 9 x 13 pan
How to make peaches and cream:
Cream margarine and flour. Add pecans and pat out in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool completely.Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread over 1st layer. 3rd layer is sliced peaches spread over all. Top with glaze.GLAZE Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and jello. Cook until thick and clear. Cool and pour over 3rd layer.
