Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- garlic clove, crushed - 1 item
- basil or marjoram leaves - 1/2 tsp
- can 3 1/2 c - 28 oz
How to make shrimp creole:
In large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in margarine until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Heat to boiling. Simmer, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes, or until shrimp are firm and pink, stirring occasionally. Makes 5 servings.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
