Crayfish etouffee
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- hot rice - 1 item
- crayfish tails - 2 c
- medium white onions, chopped - 2 item
How to make crayfish etouffee:
Add crayfish tails to mixture and saute 1 minute. Then add flour. Mix well and add chicken broth and cayenne pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over hot rice.Note: Even better the next day.
