Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • cans chicken broth - 2 item
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • hot rice - 1 item
  • crayfish tails - 2 c
  • medium white onions, chopped - 2 item

How to make crayfish etouffee:

Add crayfish tails to mixture and saute 1 minute. Then add flour. Mix well and add chicken broth and cayenne pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over hot rice.

Note: Even better the next day.
