Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- margarine or oil - 3 Tbsp
- shrimp, cooked, cleaned and deveined - 1 lb
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute onion and green pepper; add tomato sauce, tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice and seasoning to taste (salt and pepper). Let simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Add shrimp. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
