Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- plain yogurt - 2 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- few drops of lemon juice - 1 item
- small pickles - 4 item
- red or pink salmon - 8 oz
- low-fat cream or Ricotta cheese - 1/2 c
- pinch of mace or ground nutmeg - 1 item
How to make salmon dip:
Take out bones. Make a paste. Beat cheese until smooth. Add salmon, lemon juice, seasoning and fromage; mix well. Divide equally between 4 custard cups. Smooth the surfaces. Slice and decorate with pickles.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
