Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • plain yogurt - 2 Tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • few drops of lemon juice - 1 item
  • small pickles - 4 item
  • red or pink salmon - 8 oz
  • low-fat cream or Ricotta cheese - 1/2 c
  • pinch of mace or ground nutmeg - 1 item

How to make salmon dip:

Take out bones. Make a paste. Beat cheese until smooth. Add salmon, lemon juice, seasoning and fromage; mix well. Divide equally between 4 custard cups. Smooth the surfaces. Slice and decorate with pickles.
