Ingredients/Components
- Italian salad dressing - 1 item
- fillets orange roughy - 2 item
- blackened fish seasoning if desired or Cajun seasoning - 1 item
How to make orange roughy:
Cover fish in Italian dressing and let marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Take out of marinade and wrap in heavy aluminum foil. Place on the grill and cook five minutes. Turn over and cook another five. Pierce the foil some for the last five minutes to give them the grilled taste.
