Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- can salmon - 16 oz
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- cup chicken broth - 1/2 item
- cup shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cups herb seasoned croutons - 2 item
How to make scalloped salmon:
Combine ingredients and bake uncovered in 9 inch pie shell at 350° for 40 minutes.Heat 1 can of Campbell cream of shrimp soup with 1/2 cup of milk and pour over before serving.
