Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- chopped chives - 2 tsp
- coarse black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- salmon - 1 can
- crumbled dried rosemary - 1/4 tsp
How to make salmon dip:
Drain salmon; remove and discard bones and skin. Mash salmon; add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Mix well; fold in sour cream. Chill for at least one hour. Makes 2 cups. Serve with chips or crackers.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
