Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • chopped chives - 2 tsp
  • coarse black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • salmon - 1 can
  • crumbled dried rosemary - 1/4 tsp

How to make salmon dip:

Drain salmon; remove and discard bones and skin. Mash salmon; add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Mix well; fold in sour cream. Chill for at least one hour. Makes 2 cups. Serve with chips or crackers.
