  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • medium onion - 1/2 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small green pepper - 1/2 item
  • to 2 celery stalks - 1 item
  • large or 2 small cans tuna, drained - 1 item
  • Slightly beat 1 egg

How to make tuna cakes:

Dice the celery, green pepper and onion. Slightly beat 1 egg. Add the tuna and bread crumbs. Add chopped celery, onion and pepper. Form into patties and fry until brown. Great with cocktail sauce.*INXMAIN DISHES:
