  • margarine - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • lemon pepper - 1 item
  • onion powder - 1 item
  • any amount trout fresh fish best - 1 item

How to make baked trout:

Place fish fillets skin down in baking dish. Top each fillet with 2 pats of margarine. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder, top with lemon pepper. Bake uncovered at 400° for about 20 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon juice. Very low calories. Real good.
