Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • parsley - 1/2 c
  • grated onion - 2 tsp
  • horseradish - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • can red salmon - 1 lb

How to make salmon dip:

Clean salmon and mash into a fine mixture. Soften cream cheese. Blend all ingredients together. Sprinkle crushed pecans and parsley on top or form into ball and roll in parsley and pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
