Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 3/4
- vinegar - 1/2 3/4
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 2
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 2 tsp
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, cooked and drained or 2 cans - 2 lb
- green pepper, ringed - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Layer carrots, peppers and onions in Tupperware. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Marinate 2 days in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
