Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- sliced almonds - 1/4 c
- lemon wedges - 1 item
- nonstick spray coating - 1 item
- grated ginger root - 1 1
- seasoned fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- fresh or frozen fish fillets, cut 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick - 1 lb
How to make baked fish:
Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse, pat dry with paper towels. Spray a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick coating. Place fish in prepared dish. Brush with milk. In a small dish, combine bread crumbs and ginger root. Sprinkle the crumb mixture andRecipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
