Ingredients/Components
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dried dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- shredded lettuce - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- hot sauce - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped celery - 1/4 c
- tomatoes, sliced - 6 item
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
- fat-free mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- can pink salmon, drained reserve liquid - 1 oz
- onion sandwich rolls - 6 item
How to make salmon burgers:
Flake salmon with a fork; combine with the next 5 ingredients. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons reserved liquid, stirring until mixture sticks together. Shape into 6 patties and cook over medium heat in a sprayed skillet approximately 4 minutes on each side.Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients; spread on sliced roll. Place pattie, tomato and lettuce on a roll. Top with top half of roll. Contains 322 calories (22% from fat).
