Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • shredded Velveeta cheese - 2 c
  • hash browns, thawed 30 minutes - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup crushed potato chips and bake for another 30 minutes.
