Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- shredded Velveeta cheese - 2 c
- hash browns, thawed 30 minutes - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup crushed potato chips and bake for another 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
