  • butter, softened - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • corn flakes
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • bag hash browns, thawed - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Topping:2 c. corn flakes1/2 c. butter, softened Mix ingredients and put in baking dish. Sprinkle top with corn flake topping. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
