Potato pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 4 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- potatoes - 8 item
- parsley - 4 Tbsp
- fresh ground pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium sized onions - 2 item
How to make potato pancakes:
Peel and grate potatoes and onions into a bowl of water to cover. When ready to mix all ingredients, drain and rinse potatoes and onions and dry with a tea towel, as dry as possible. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased grill or frypan. Cook until brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
