Swiss vegetable medley



  • sour cream - 1/3 c
  • 8 oz
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained - 1 (16
  • jar chopped pimentos, drained - 1 oz

How to make swiss vegetable medley:

Combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

If recipe is doubled, bake in a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
