  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • American cheese - 1/2 c
  • cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
  • chopped ham optional - 2 c
  • bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 (2

How to make potato casserole:

Pour the first 6 ingredients into greased casserole dish. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle the American and Parmesan cheeses over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
