Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1 c
- pepper - 2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- hash browns, frozen
- 1/2 crushed corn flakes - 1 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Thaw hash browns. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan with margarine. Place potatoes in pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with onions and chicken soup. Spread sour cream over mixture and then top with cheese. Sprinkle the corn flakes over the top and pour the melted margarine over the entire mixture.
