Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 2/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- small sour cream - 1 item
- cooked diced potatoes - 3 c
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix potatoes, 1/3 cup melted margarine, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, soup and cheese. Put in large casserole dish. Mix 1/3 cup melted margarine and dressing mix; pour on top evenly. Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
