Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 2/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • small sour cream - 1 item
  • cooked diced potatoes - 3 c
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Mix potatoes, 1/3 cup melted margarine, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, soup and cheese. Put in large casserole dish. Mix 1/3 cup melted margarine and dressing mix; pour on top evenly. Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
