Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- white Karo syrup - 1 c
- pie shells unbaked - 2 item
How to make pecan pie:
Cream the butter and sugar and add beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla and Karo syrup. Stir well. Place pecans in the bottoms of the pie shells and pour the mixture over, dividing evenly. Bake until firm 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
