Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- sugar
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- buttermilk - 2/3 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- vanilla or lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make buttermilk pie:
Combine all ingredients and beat for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour in an unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
