  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • white syrup - 1/2 c
  • light brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 3/4 c

How to make pecan pie:

Mix sugar, butter and flour, then add eggs and syrup. Beat together. Add salt, vanilla and pecans. Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until almost firm. Makes 1 small pie.
