Ingredients/Components

  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 item
  • regular-size unbaked pie shells - 2 item

How to make egg pie:

Beat together the eggs, sugar and butter. Add vanilla, then milk. Pour in pie shells and bake at 325° to 350° until firm.

You may need to lower the heat if the crusts get too brown.
