- sour cream
- Tubby Jr - 12 oz
- 2 layer white cake mix, baked as directed - 1 item
How to make sour cream coconut cake:
Icing:8 oz. sour cream2 c. sugar12 oz. Tubby Jr. frozen coconut While baking cake, put into mixing bowl sour cream, sugar and frozen coconut. Allow coconut to thaw and mix well. Cover cooled layers with icing.Note: May cut cake layers in half to make 4-layer cake.
