Gulliver's creamed corn
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk
- salt
- flour
- whipping cream
- butter, melted
- pinch of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- frozen kernel corn 30 oz
How to make gulliver's creamed corn:
Combine all ingredients, except butter and flour, in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Blend butter and flour and add to corn mixture. Mix well, it will slightly thicken. Remove from heat. Serves 8. Add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to taste.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
