Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1 c
- pinch of cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make creamed corn:
Combine all, except butter and flour. Simmer for 5 minutes. Blend butter and flour and add to corn, then add pepper.Put corn in lightly buttered dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to lightly brown. Serves 6 to 10.
