Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- butter
- shredded carrots
- chopped onions
- medium squash, diced - 4 item
- herbed stuffing cubes - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash until tender. Drain. In separate pan, cook carrots and onion in butter until tender. Stir in cubes, soup and sour cream. Mix with squash. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
