- salt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dried minced onion
- melted margarine or butter
- grated cheddar cheese
- pint sour cream - 1 item
- bag of frozen hash browns
- corn flakes or Ritz crackers, crushed
How to make potato casserole:
Mix thawed hash brown's, butter, salt, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
