Potato casserole

Ingredients/Components

• salt
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• dried minced onion
• melted margarine or butter
• grated cheddar cheese
• pint sour cream - 1 item
• bag of frozen hash browns
• corn flakes or Ritz crackers, crushed

How to make potato casserole:

Mix thawed hash brown's, butter, salt, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
