- sour cream
- butter or margarine, melted
- grated Cheddar cheese
- onion, finely chopped
- condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10-3/4
- cornflakes, crushed
- salt, to taste - 1 item
- pepper, to taste - 1 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except half the butter and the cornflakes. Place into a 9x13-inch baking dish and pat down. Sprinkle with the crushed cornflakes over the potatoes. Pour the remaining butter over the cornflakes. Bake, uncovered, for one hour.
